If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address and callsign. Provided the details match in Club Log's records, a password reset email will be sent to you.
Can't access your registered email address?
If and only if you do not have access to the email address you registered, you can ask the helpdesk to delete your old account. You will need to prove you are the holder of the account, after which all QSOs stored in that account will be deleted. You will then be able to register for a new account. This process may take up to 14 days. Until this process completes, your callsign will remain attached to the old account. Don't register a new account until this is done, as you will not be able to add your callsign.
